PLAINLY

What you are agreeing to.

  • The check is free, the plan is paid. Every new account can sit the placement check with no card taken. Your result and the plan built from it open when you subscribe; there is no free plan after that, and an unused first payment is refundable for 14 days.
  • Prices are in Jordanian dinars. Your card is charged the equivalent in US dollars.
  • Creem.io is the merchant of record — they take the payment and hold the card details, which never reach our servers.

Measured free before you pay

Every new account gets the placement check free: about twenty minutes of questions, marked properly and kept. No card is taken. Your result and the plan written from it open when you choose a plan.

Fourteen days on an unused first payment

Email us within 14 days of your first charge and, if you have not used Liguastic since paying, we refund it in full. Once you have used it, cancel instead and keep access to the end of the period.

A renewal you did not mean to make

Tell us within 7 days of an unexpected renewal and we refund it. Cancelling always stops the next one.

Cancelling takes two clicks

Settings → Subscription. No email, no retention call, no form asking why — and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.

QUESTIONS

Pricing questions

How does billing work?
Every new account gets the placement check free, with no card taken. After that you subscribe monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial or free plan?
The placement check is free: every new account can sit it with no card taken, and nothing is charged. Your result and the study plan built from it are what a subscription opens, and there is no free plan after that. Paying yearly costs 15% less than the same twelve months bought monthly.
Is anything sold on top of a plan?
No. Each plan is one price with everything in it, and nothing is sold on top. IELTS is a separate course from General English.
Can I add someone else to my plan?
Yes. Once you have subscribed, add them from Settings, on the same subscription and the same bill: another adult at the price of their course (15.00 JOD a month on General English), or a child for 13.00 JOD a month. Each person has their own profile and progress, and a child does not need an adult on the plan at all: English for children is a plan of its own.
Can I move between the monthly and the yearly plan?
Not today. To change interval, cancel, let the period you paid for run out, and subscribe again on the other plan.
Can schools run a pilot before committing?
Yes — that’s exactly how we onboard institutions. Book a demo and we’ll design a pilot for your upcoming term.
Are student discounts planned?
Yes — student discounts and regional pricing are both planned, so Liguastic stays affordable everywhere. Neither exists yet, and the prices above are the only ones we charge today.
